AAGP's evaluations and credit statements are going online for the 2016 Annual Meeting. Participants will be able to evaluate each session and the meeting overall. Participants will also be able to complete the information necessary for their credit statement and print their own statements.

Learn About the New Evaluation System
1. What’s new this year?
Attendees will use an online system to evaluate sessions and the overall meeting this year. The same system will also calculate CME/CE hours and prepare certificates for printing.
2. How do I access the evaluation system?
Prior to the Annual Meeting, most attendees will be emailed a link to the evaluation website along with a username (typically their email address) and a password. Just click on the link and enter your username and password to begin. Attendees who register onsite will be emailed the link, username and password the day after they register.
The evaluation website can be accessed via laptop, desktop computer, tablet or smart phone. The website works with all the standard browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari.
3. When can I evaluate a session or the overall meeting?
You can evaluate a session on the day it is offered or several days later. Your CME/CE credit is automatically incremented based on the sessions you evaluate. Your input will be saved each time you log out. Evaluations of the whole meeting are available beginning on the final day, March 20 and once you’ve accessed and completed it, you can generate your CME/CE certificate.
4. How long after the meeting can I still provide my evaluations?
We’d like your feedback on a session the same day you attend it, while the session is still clear in your mind. If you can’t do that, please try to complete evaluations of all sessions you attended by the time the meeting ends. If you don’t visit the evaluation website and give us some feedback, you’ll receive an email two weeks later reminding you to do so.
5. How long after the meeting will I be able to get my CME/CE certificate?
You’ll be able to evaluate the sessions, the overall meeting, and obtain a credit certificate for 12 months after the meeting ends, up until March 20, 2017.
