To help members meet the certification requirements, AAGP offers several programs and products.
Self-Assessment Activity
The Review in Geriatric Psychiatry Self-Assessment is offered as a component of the annual Review Course. Registration for the 2013 program is required before January 25, 2013 (registration begins in October 2012 via the Annual Meeting registration form at www.AAGPmeeting.org). Registrants will receive a pre-test via email, which must be completed before attendance at the course. Upon successful completion of the pre-test and attendance at the course, participants will earn a total of 9.5 hours of self-assessment CME. More information (PDF).
The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology has reviewed the Review in Geriatric Psychiatry Self-Assessment Program and has approved this program as part of a comprehensive self-assessment program, which is mandated by the ABMS as a necessary component of Maintenance of Certification.

Exam Preparation
