Expectations of the AAGP Future Leaders Fellows

1. Attend the AAGP annual meeting and board of directors of meeting. 2. Attend at least 10 of the 12 subsequent board of directors of meeting in the next 12 months. 3. Will work with their assigned mentor from the board of directors on a quality improvement project that will help AAGP as an organization and/or the field of geriatric psychiatry. 4. Will present the outcome of their quality improvement project at the subsequent annual meeting poster presentation session. 5. Will participate in the activities of their assigned AAGP committee [Teaching and Training, Research, Clinical Practice, Membership, Public Policy, Continuing Medical Education or Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity in Action (IDEA)] by attending at least 80% of the assigned meetings during their 1 year of the fellowship.
