Registration for the AAGP 2017 Annual Meeting
Online registration is closed. Onsite Registration will be available at the meeting registration desk.
To expedite your onsite registration experience, you may download and complete the onsite registration form. Bring your completed registration form and payment to the registration desk to receive your conference badge and attendee materials.
The registration desk is located by the Lobby Level between Grand Ballroom and Chantilly Ballroom Foyers.
Registration hours are:
- Thursday, March 23 at 4:00 pm–6:00 pm
- Friday, March 24 at 7:00 am–6:00 pm
- Saturday, March 25 at 7:00 am–5:30 pm
- Sunday, March 26 at 7:00 am–5:30 pm
- Monday, March 27 at 7:00 am–1:30 pm

Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by March 1, 2017. A refund of all fees, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after March 1, 2017. Submit all requests to AAGP Registration via email at email@example.com. AAGP regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted! A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting written request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
