Registration for the AAGP 2018 Annual Meeting

Online registration is closed. Onsite Registration will be available at the meeting registration desk.

To expedite your onsite registration experience, you may download and complete the onsite registration form. Bring your completed registration form and payment to the registration desk to receive your conference badge and attendee materials.

The registration desk is located in the Coral Lounge.

Registration hours are:

  • Wednesday, March 14 at 4:00 pm–6:00 pm
  • Thursday, March 15 at 7:00 am–6:00 pm
  • Friday, March 16 at 7:00 am–5:30 pm
  • Saturday, March 17 at 7:00 am–5:30 pm
  • Sunday, March 18 at 7:00 am–12:00 pm

Attendee Registration (this registration applies to attendees or poster authors/presenters)

Speaker Registration (this registration applies to session speakers/faculty)

Resident/Student Registration (must show student ID card onsite to be granted the registration rate)

Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by March 1, 2018. A refund of all fees, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after March 1, 2018. Submit all requests to AAGP Registration via email at AAGP regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted! A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting written request to Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
