Learn About the Evaluation System
1. How do I access the evaluation system?
The evaluation website can be accessed via laptop, desktop computer, tablet or smart phone. The website works with all the standard browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari.
2. When can I evaluate a session for the live meeting?
You can evaluate a session on the day it is offered or several days later. Your CME/CE credit is automatically incremented based on the sessions you evaluate. Your input will be saved each time you log out. Evaluations of the whole meeting are available beginning on the final day, March 21 and once you’ve accessed and completed it, your CME/CE certificate will be emailed to you. You can claim CME for the live meeting until April 20. Please note this is different from previous years.
3. When can I evaluate a session for the enduring meeting (i.e. recorded sessions)?
You can evaluate a session on the day you watched the recording or several days later. Your CME/CE credit is automatically incremented based on the enduring sessions you evaluate. Your input will be saved each time you log out. Evaluations of the enduring content are available through the enduring CME evaluation at the top. You can claim CME for the enduring content up to one year after March 18. Please note this is different from previous years.
4. How long after the meeting can I still provide my evaluations?
We’d like your feedback on a session the same day you attend it, while the session is still clear in your mind. If you can’t do that, please try to complete evaluations of all sessions you attended by the time the meeting ends. If you don’t visit the evaluation website and give us some feedback, you’ll receive an email two weeks later reminding you to do so.
4. How long after the meeting will I be able to get my CME/CE certificate?
You’ll be able to evaluate the sessions for the live meeting, and obtain a credit certificate for 30 days after the meeting ends, up until April 20, 2022.
5. Who should I contact if I’m having trouble using the system?
Please email meetinginfo@AAGPonline.org.
